| Elm Grove is host to a large
Memorial Day Parade that stretches from Elm Grove Road at Wall Street,
through the Downtown Park N' Shop and ending at the Village Park.
Traditionally the Police and Fire Chief lead the parade. On May 28,
2001, Qai made his debut in the parade by following the Chief's. |

explain and sometimes demonstrate his important law enforcement roll in
